During the month of October 2014, Limestone Coffee and Tea, located at 8 West Wilson Street in Batavia, will be displaying images from Urban Forest, a recent body of work by fine art photographer, Claudia Frost from St. Charles.  She has added layered and textured elements to her photos to provide detailed painterly views of local treescapes and individual structures.  This exhibit is the first photo display at Limestone by a women photographer.

Claudia Frost is a retired Public Relations Director for public education and healthcare in addition to careers in elementary and secondary education, horticulture and fine art photography. She has continued her interest in photography and visual storytelling her entire life.   For the last few years she has studied digital photography at Elgin Community College in the Art Department and recently completed advance digital classes at the College of DuPage.

She currently is enrolled in Cinematography classes at ECC and participated in Suzanne Rose's Fine Art Iphoneography at Photo Midwest in Madison Wisconsin.
